Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for registration cancellation / refunds must include first name last name and reason for cancellation and be sent, via email, to annual@aaortho.org. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations received April 1 through May 18.  Requests received after May 18, 2026 (15 days after meeting) will not be approved. Refunds will not be available once a badge has been printed.
