Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for registration cancellation / refunds must include first name last name and reason for cancellation and be sent, via email, to [email protected]. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations received May 1 through June 21.  Requests received after June 21, 2027 (15 days after meeting) will not be approved. Refunds will not be available once a badge has been printed.
