Traveling to Canada
Visa invitation letters are available only to conference attendees and will be issued after registration is complete. During the registration process, attendees will be asked to provide their travel dates, hotel accommodations, and other required information to generate a personalized invitation letter.
All registrants are responsible for confirming the requirements for their entry into Canada and obtaining any necessary travel documents or visas. AAO and the conference organizers cannot guarantee visa approval or processing timelines and are unable to contact or intervene with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), an embassy, consulate, or visa office on a participant’s behalf. AAO and the conference organizers are not responsible for visa delays or denials.
