Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests for registration cancellation / refunds must be received in writing and must include first name last name and reason for cancellation and be sent to the attention of Sarah Dvorak via e-mail sdvorak@aaortho.org. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations received April 1 through May 12. Requests received after May 12, 2025 (15 days after meeting) will not be approved. Refunds will not be available once a badge has been printed or registrant has logged into virtual event.
Switching Registration Format – Request must be emailed to Sarah Dvorak sdvorak@aaortho.org by April 15 (11:59pm Central Time).
Switch to virtual requests received after April 15 will be handled as full cancellation (see above).
To switch from virtual to in-person after April 15 – please visit the registration desk at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
