Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests for registration cancellation / refunds must be received in writing and must include first name last name and reason for cancellation and be sent to the attention of Sarah Dvorak via e-mail sdvorak@aaortho.org. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations received April 1 through May 21. Requests received after May 21, 2024 (15 days after meeting) will not be approved. Refunds will not be available once a badge has been printed or registrant has logged into virtual event.
